Idea and specification: Custom made furniture starts in your mind and leads to our first discussion. Whether you already know what you want or you need some inspiration – we are there to discuss with you your initial idea. Visit us in our workshop or invite us to your place - together we will specify dimensions, type of wood, design preferences and other materials used.

Design phase: We will show you blueprints or other suitable visualizations – also considering manufacturing constraints, materials, finishes and sustainability aspects. Based upon the final design we will provide you with our offer.

Production phase: With the final measures at hand we will choose the appropriate wood, cut it into boards, dry it if necessary and cut it into the required shapes – with our CNC machines as well as manually.
Planing and sanding is done in order to create smooth surfaces and remove rough edges. Sometimes we have customers that want to also put a final hand on their furniture – welcome to join our workshop!
Assembly and joinery phase: The pieces are joined together using various techniques such as dovetail joints, mortise and tenon or dowels. This step ensures the structural integrity of the furniture. The joints are glued and clamped to secure them in place until the glue dries.

Finishing phase: The assembled furniture is sanded again to ensure a smooth finish and then stained to achieve the desired color. Finally it is sealed with a protective finish.

Quality Control: Each piece undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards. We check structural integrity, the finish and the adherence to our design specifications.

Delivery and mounting: Our Delivery team is carefully wrapping the finished product with as less packing material as possible and will make an appointment with you upfront for delivery and final mounting. We will leave your place as it was before – no packing materials left and clean and tidied up!
